Earlier, I have shown several pictures of the Tierra Rejada Vernal Pool, home of the Endangered Riverside Fairy Shrimp. However all of these pictures were taken when the vernal pool was empty. A company known as Balance Hydrologics Inc. which I believe is/was in charge of the monitoring of the vernal pool, had pictures of the vernal pool taken in late 1997 or early 1998, when there was significant El Niño.
